The explanations of how your website will be developed, from the beginning to the end, are outlined in this page. 01 Decision Making and Planning Phase
Website Development Quote
In case you have not done this, it would be good if you take time to think about what the website of your company should accomplish. In this phase, it is important to know all the inter activities that will be done with the visitors and the other functionalities of the website; you should be aware of the type of website design that fits your needs and then let us know about them.
Analysis of Client Needs
After you have filled in the online quote and sent the necessary information to us, we will try to determine your needs, based on the information that has been provided. From the information you give us, we will try to find out what exactly you would want your website to do and what you would want your clients to do when they interact with the website.
Sometimes, we may not be able to fully understand all the issues at hand. In such cases, we will forward you questions regarding the project before doing the actual quotation of the same.
If we analyze your needs and believe that your project can benefit from the skills and services that we offer, we will provide you with the necessary quote for the project.
Website Development Contract
After agreeing on the various details on the project, the timeline and the cost of the whole project, we will prepare a contract known as the website development contract which can be reviewed by you, signed and then sent back with the necessary deposit.
First Deposit
2 main things that are compulsory before the project begins are the signed contract and the deposit, which should be paid fully. Once we have received these two things, you will be provided with a copy of the full contract on how the execution of services will be done. Inclusive of this you will receive a receipt for the deposit and the stipulated date when the project will begin. We use a ‘first come, first served’ scheduling for incoming projects.
Registration of Domain Name and Web Hosting
If you have already registered with a certain domain name and are already hosted elsewhere, we can be flexible enough to work with that and will still give you the desired services that you need.
If you don’t have any of the above, then we can do the hosting for you but at a small fee paid each month.

The Project Starts
Once we have received the contract and the deposit for the project, the developer who will be overseeing the creation and running of the project will send you an email to make sure that you have received the receipt and a copy of the contract. They will also give you their contact information so that you can liaise with them to see how the project is going. They will keep informing you on the progress as development goes on.
One of the things you will have to let us know about is the navigation links that should be included (such as home, services, about us, contacts, etc). You will also have to give us the necessary textual and product information that should be included in the website. If you desire, you may also give us your personal photos and your company logo to be added.
Sometimes you may have some other websites that are guide sites in which you would like to refer some of your clients to. You should let us know about such things. Also, if you have color or style preferences, you may also want to inform us on the same. If you want an E-commerce site that requires us to add products for you, we would appreciate if you prepared an Excel spreadsheet with the following included in it: Name of the Product, Product ID Number, Description of Product, Other options like color, size, etc, Price, Amount of Product in Stock, Weight (an approximate), product photos(if possible). It would be much better if the information listed here is given before the project starts. Work on the project will start as per the scheduled date on the contract. It is the responsibility of the developer in charge of the project to contact you when the project has started. You may also want to call on the start date to confirm the project starting.
Website Concepts that are Custom Designed
For our clients, we provide 3 custom designed home page concepts in which you can choose from. These concepts are usually sent to the client within 5-7 business days from the day the project started.
After you have reviewed the designs and have decided on the one which best fits your needs, we will continue with our modifications of the design until we get the actual desired look that you want. Once we have the final concept, we will come up with an interior page layout, and have the design converted into HTML, have some programming added to it, etc.
As all this is going on, you have the opportunity of having to review what is going on.
In Progress Viewing
As a web development organization, we make sure that we provide a private directory where new websites are tested on our servers so that client can view the development progress at will. Your project manager will also tell you when major updates have been done to the projects.
Professional Stock Photography
Projects that require photographs will need professional stock photography which we don’t have at the moment. If the client will require these services, an additional fee may have to be added.

Coding
Any website development that includes coding will be run and tested to make sure all features are working properly.
Web Pages
Website pages are made according to the final design and the contract details that were agreed upon earlier on in the development phase.
Website Navigation
Everything to do with links, rollover effect and drop down menus are tested and completed.
Site Map
A site map is made with one-way easy access to other pages within the website.
Web Content
All projects will include the client’s logo, text content and photos. If you need a custom logo, it can be designed for you at an additional fee.
CSS Style sheet
These will be used to define styles, sizes, colors, faces and fonts for your website.
Website Favicon
This is an image which is small and displays in the address bar when someone bookmarks your website.
Response Forms
One of the things we recommend to our clients is to have response forms. As the name suggests, the forms are good for allowing visitors to leave comments or queries where they can be able to reach you directly.
Website Testing

Search Engine Readiness Check
Page Titles, Meta Tags, Alt Image Tags, Page Heading, Page Body Text and Link Text are adjusted accordingly throughout the website. We are not aware of the time when search engines will place your website in search results.
Compatibility Testing on Browser
Your website will be tested on various browser and operating systems to ensure proper functionality and display of the same.
Grammar/Spell Check
We make sure that the website has no spelling or grammatical mistakes.
Checking of Dead Links
Missing files and misdirected links are checked prior and after the launch of the website.
Forms/ Programming
All programming features and contact forms are tested to make sure they are working well.
Website Launch

Final Payment
We expect final payments to be done before the website is launched live. When we receive the final payment, we will send a full receipt of the payment.
Website Launch
The database for your website is setup and all the necessary scripts and files are copied to your domain.
Error Testing
After going live, more tests are done on interactive programming features and other scripts. Verification of these is very important.
Website Files
After the website has been fully tested and is live, you will be provided with a zip file containing all the website files.
Instructions & Documentation
If need be, you will be provided with the necessary administrative functions of your website in PDF format.
Search Engine Submission
Your website is manually submitted to search engines after it has been launched.

Minor Changes
Since there is nothing perfect in this world, some minor changes will be made within two weeks of the launch of the website. This includes things such as adding/changing photos, text, colors etc.
For major requests, discussions have to be made and may incur a fee on top.
